Inside:

Day 1

First principles of anxiety

Anxiety isn’t random – it follows rules. Before we can reduce it, we need to understand what it actually is. Day 1 strips away the confusion and explains how anxiety really works – why it appears, what fuels it, and why it often makes sense even when it feels senseless. When you see the deeper logic behind anxiety, it starts to feel a little less scary – and a lot more manageable.

Day 2

Unknown cons of anxiety

It’s not just in your head – it’s in your choices, energy, and identity. On Day 2, we uncover how anxiety shapes your decisions, drains your energy, steals time, and even alters your personality. These aren’t just side effects – they’re the hidden costs that often go unnoticed, but deeply affect how you live, act, and connect with others.

Day 3

Anxious for no reason

When everything seems fine, but your body says otherwise – that’s what we explore on Day 3. We dive into the strange experience of feeling anxious without knowing why. You’ll learn how your brain’s internal safety system, led by “Amy”, can trigger anxiety even during peaceful moments, especially when deeper worries are left unresolved.

Day 4

Why you?

Why do some people worry constantly while others seem untouched? On Day 4, we explore the real reasons why anxiety hits certain people harder. It’s not about weakness – it’s about how differently we all react to stress, uncertainty, and emotion. You’ll start to see that what feels overwhelming to you might not even register to someone else – and that’s completely normal. Understanding these differences is the first step to understanding yourself.

Day 5

Self-reflective questions

What if the right questions could calm your mind in minutes – just like a good therapist would ask? On Day 5, you’ll learn how to use self-reflective questions that guide your thinking gently but clearly. These aren’t positive affirmations – they’re smart, honest  brain “prompts” that break the cycle of worry, challenge your fears, and help you feel more in control. You don’t need to know all the answers – you just need to start asking the right things.

Day 6

Overthinking

When thinking becomes a trap, not a tool. On Day 6, we dive into overthinking – that mental hamster wheel where every decision feels risky, every scenario gets played out a hundred times, and still, nothing feels clear. You’ll learn how overthinking feeds anxiety, how it hides behind “being prepared,” and how to break the loop by asking sharper questions and trusting enough to act. Less analyzing, more living.

Day 7

Social Anxiety

You’re not shy – you’re overwhelmed by invisible pressure. On Day 7, we explore social anxiety: that tense, self-conscious feeling that shows up in conversations, crowds, or even text messages. You’ll understand why being around people can feel like being under a spotlight, and how small, invisible fears can grow into big ones. More importantly, you’ll learn how to loosen that grip – without pretending to be someone you’re not.

Day 8

Distractions and environment

Sometimes it’s not you – it’s where you are. On Day 8, we look at how your surroundings, habits, and even background noise can quietly fuel anxiety without you realizing it. Constant distractions, clutter, chaos, or overstimulation can keep your mind on edge. When the environment is loud, your thoughts get louder too. But with a few subtle changes, you can create a space that actually helps you calm down – not spin out.

Day 9

Avoiding anxiety

Avoiding anxiety feels like relief – but it comes with a cost. On Day 9, we explore why dodging difficult situations, conversations, or feelings might help in the moment, but often makes anxiety stronger over time. What seems like a small escape can quietly teach your mind to stay stuck. The more you avoid, the more anxiety quietly expands – shaping your habits, shrink your comfort zone, and your life in ways you may not even notice.

Day 10

Anxiety as energy

What if anxiety isn’t just a problem – but also power? On Day 10, we explore anxiety as a form of raw energy: intense, restless, often uncomfortable, but not always bad. The same surge that makes your heart race before a panic can also help you focus, act, or create. The key isn’t to shut it down, but to learn how to steer it. Sometimes, anxiety isn’t asking you to panic – it’s asking you to move.

Day 11

Anxiety and health

Many things affect anxiety – more than most people realize. On Day 11, we explore how caffeine, alcohol, sleep, sugar, “corn”, and other everyday habits can influence how you feel, often without you noticing. We’re not here to judge or push – just to help you see the full picture.

Day 12

Perspective shift and applying in life

Insight is powerful – but only if you use it. On Day 12, we focus on how to apply everything you’ve learned so far in real, everyday situations. It’s about turning questions into habits, knowledge into action, and reflections into real change. When anxiety shows up, you’ll know what to do – not just in theory, but in daily life. That’s when things start to truly shift.

Day 13

Purpose and helping others

Anxiety shrinks when meaning grows. On Day 13, we explore how having a deeper purpose – even a small one – can change how you handle fear, doubt, and uncertainty. We also talk about how sharing what you’ve learned can help others feel less anxious. When you use your experience to support someone else, you don’t just help them – you reinforce your own growth too.

Day 14

Cheat sheet and therapy prompts

You’ve learned a lot – now it’s time to keep it close. On Day 14, we give you a simple cheat sheet and powerful therapy-style prompts you can return to anytime. It’s a way to refresh, reflect, and reset – especially when things get tough. This isn’t the end of your journey, just the part where you carry the tools with you.

What is Koro

Koro is a 14-day email journey created by people who truly know anxiety – not just from books, but from lived experience. We’ve felt the racing thoughts, the tight chest, the sleepless nights, and the exhausting overthinking. And like you, we were tired of vague tips like “just breathe like this” or “try yoga.”

So we built what we wish we had: something clear, science-based, and genuinely helpful. For 14 days, you’ll receive one email each day – each focused on a different part of anxiety. No breathing exercises, no yoga routines, no fluff. Just clear explanations and reflective questions that show what anxiety really is, why it shows up randomly, and how to deal with it – explained the way a good therapist would.

This isn’t just information. It’s designed to shift your perspective, make you feel less alone, and give you a healthier way to respond to anxiety when it appears. Always simple, always human, without judgment or pressure.

Koro isn’t here to tell you who to be – just to help you feel a little less lost, and a little more like yourself.

Learn more about yourself

(coming soon)

This is our blog where you can learn more about various things about yourself.

Just beautiful things.

“ It’s crazy what a smile can hide..” My favorite quote.

If you’re seeing this, thank you for existing.

For everyone who is going through a hard time in their personal life and also trying to study…I am with you my friend. Hang in there. We’ll make it through this

Sometimes the best memories are sad because you know they will never happen again.

How amazing would it be that if there truly is an afterlife, we could revisit and relive our favourite memories? It doesn’t seem all that bad if we can do that.

To all my fellow 2000s kids. I hope you’re doing good in life. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re not exactly where you wanna be in life. I just turned 25 and realized time isn’t slowing down for anyone. Just live your life to the best of your abilities.

Literally to the 1% who’s reading this, God bless you, and may your dreams come true, stay safe and have a wonderful day.

To anybody who’s reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.

Nothing is ever lost as long as someone still remembers.
